Playlist: Lunch Poems: LIVE REMOTE(1)

with Lis Fertig on Monday, November 9, 2020

Show Notes:

Hey there listener! Today's theme is— the moon. Our next full moon, the Beaver Moon as it's called by some, isn't until three weeks from now, but I just couldn't wait to share these moon poems, moon songs, and moon facts I've been collecting.

In addition to the songs in the tracklist, you'll hear: "Neptune.4" by CAConrad; "Entry 003 from I love you and I’m not dead," by Sade LaNay (read by the author); "I Have Read the Whole Moon," by Emily Skaja; "Planet," by Catherine Pierce; and an excerpt from Mary Ruefle's essay "Poetry and the Moon"—complete with a message from Sappho herself.

Thanks for listening. xxLis
